Clean up the hiring process.

One way to reduce onboarding time is to hire employees more carefully, which is harder, but if your company is a market leader, maybe you can afford it.

What problems we solve

If you are a hiring manager and do not understand how the recruitment processes work and do not speak the same language with your recruiters, in any case, it is worthwhile to establish a knowledge exchange between you and recruiters.

At a minimum, the recruiter must understand what questions to ask candidates and how to interpret the answers, and the hiring manager must understand how to communicate with candidates and how to broadcast information about the company and the future task pool to them.

How do you do that?

How do you negotiate with a recruiter, where do you start a conversation? How do you help a recruiter get into the gameplay?

What could go wrong

  • It may not help if HR is not able to work or does not have sources where to look for good employees.

  • It is important to hear HR and not break its built processes.

  • If the salary and conditions are bad, there is little to help.
