Corporate blog

A popular and often implemented tool for launching knowledge sharing is an internal corporate blog.

However, the corporate blog has a number of problems:

  • The quality of the blog posts will be low.

  • once written records are not updated

  • Blog posts are a momentary story: a blog post blinked once in the feed and went into a story that rarely anyone looks at.

The above suggests that blogging is not a tool for describing knowledge and should not be used as such.

Blogging is a good driver for other Knowledge fixation processes, as it can teach people to write texts, reveal talents and work with experts.

Starting corporate blogs is an industry in its own right, and there should be extensive descriptions of possible features and maybe even research into the impact of these features.

Warning: A good example of a working blogging is a portal habr.comThere are already a number of solutions (including opensource) that implement similar mechanics, such as: LiveStreet.
